From the much-loved Kochere region, the little village called Hama has a coffee-growing community in which coffee processing has been centralised at Jet Washing Station in close proximity, saving transportation time and cost. This has allowed the quick processing and stricter control over the quality of coffee beans, hence the pleasing jasmine, peach and orange-zesty flavours, which is characteristic of the coffee from this Southwest region of Ethiopia.
